THE CHARTER OF ETHICS OF THE LIENS ASSOCIATION AND OF LABEL 1:

First of all

We want to develop our ecosystem with people who are ready to respect and apply the values of the LIENS Ethics Charter, these values will be detailed more precisely on each of Label's platforms 1 .

1. Respect lives: including that of every human being without discrimination or prejudice.
2. Reject violence: physical, sexual, psychological, economic and social, especially against the poorest and most vulnerable.
3. Unleash your generosity: share your time and material resources by cultivating generosity, in order to end exclusion, injustice, and political and economic oppression.
4. Listening to understand each other: defending freedom of expression and cultural diversity, always favoring listening and dialogue, without giving in to fanaticism and the rejection of others.
5. Preserve the planet: promote responsible consumption and a mode of development that takes into account the importance of all forms of life, preserving the balance of the planet's natural resources.
6. Reinventing solidarity: contributing to the development of one's family, near and far, of one's community with the full participation of women and the disabled and other "misfits" in respect of democratic principles in order to create new forms of solidarity together.
7. Remove all barriers of ignorance or hatred and consider yourself, responsible for the application of this charter, beyond theological, ideological, cultural, national or international conflicts.

We tried to find a model that would allow us to exist in the long term in perfect independence and with the aim of giving each of our members, especially the most disadvantaged, the same chances of regaining their own independence. For the operation of the LIENS association, an annual fee of €26. For the creation and operation of each of the 6 platforms of the Label 1 ecosystem, essential to achieve our objectives, an annual fee of €26...

These platforms have one goal, to help you achieve yours, if it matches our values.
For a total of €182 annually(*). For this amount you will have an annual subscription to each of the platforms, without other visible or hidden costs, for one year. If you don't have enough to pay now, you pay when you can during the year, but you commit when you sign up for LIENS. Your subscription will start on the date each platform goes live. Satisfied or refunded.

Your annual contribution is tax deductible, for a contribution of €182/year the actual cost of your donation after tax deduction:
1. Donation for income tax (66% tax deduction): €61.88
2. Donation for corporation tax (60% tax deduction): €72.80
3. Donation for real estate wealth tax (tax deduction of 75%): €45.50
Our only condition for joining us is that you agree to respect the three points mentioned.

AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

We wish to guarantee each household of our vulnerable members the necessary supplement to reach the monthly sum of 3 times its rent(*) (to be defined more precisely on a case-by-case basis).

In France, according to the latest statistics, there are 10 million people, or approximately 3 million households, who live in precarious conditions. With 10 million subscribers our annual cash flow would be 1 billion 820 million euros.
Our goal is to share our cash with those who have trusted us, that is to say each of you. The budget for the creation of our ecosystem will cost 1 Million €, (the budget will be detailed in the greatest transparency on each of the platforms...)

1 million euros represents 5495 members...

There will therefore remain on the LIENS account (for 10 million members) 1 billion 819 million to distribute in the form of remuneration for your work, directly on your accounts without any intermediary, if you respect our 3 conditions... Without any other condition ... and, leaving you totally free to choose your life for life! We want to guarantee each household of our vulnerable members the necessary supplement to reach the monthly sum of 3 times its rent (to be defined more precisely on a case-by-case basis).
